Hey, about our ROTC website...
1st - On the "Barracks" page, the graphics take way too long to load and wen
it loads they don't even show up, and the content on the barracks page is the
exact same stuff (links) that is on the main page. I could help you come up
with some ideas for new content on the barracks page, if you want...
2nd - On the "Picture Gallery" page, some of the pictures are outdated [ex:
The Drill Team picture/s needs to be updated, also you have pictures on there
with kids that are not in ROTC anymore (or so i've heard)] Somebody should
be at every event that our unit is participating in and take good, up-to-date
photos of cadets in action. Possibly some pictures taken randomly around the
unit of cadets doing our daily/weekly activities such as: flight inspections
on thursdays (talk to me personally about this), pictures in class (talk to
me about this), there are a few more things but then this e-mail would be way
too long, just contact me sometime at school or whatever. I can help with
the pictures as in taking them, uploading or scanning them to PC, and making
the file sizes small enough so they will not take forever to load...(get with
me on this)
3rd - On the "Teams and Activities" page, there is no pictures of the various
teams, There atleast should be a up-to-date list of each cadet on that team,
and on that specific team's page there should be a list of awards that team
has won and at what activity they won them at.
{a GOOD note* The scripts on the "new" page are great and they look and work
well, good job on those!}
4th - The "News" page, c/MSgt Beasley said she would write the news? Where's
the news at? just wondering. There should be up-to-date info on the daily
info that us cadets might NEED to know, as in certain changes in uniform days
(such as tomorrow "friday" we are wearing our uniforms for the unit
inspection) various stuff like that.
